Why do I need to pay 100% after loading?
Trukky follows a standardized payment-after-loading model. Once your goods are loaded and the truck is ready for dispatch, the agreed freight is payable to Trukky.
What protects my cargo after I pay?
Your shipment is supported by real-time tracking, structured service execution, transit insurance options and dedicated Trukky support.
What if my truck is delayed?
Where the delay is attributable to Trukky's operations, the applicable ₹500/day service assurance applies.
What if my cargo is damaged?
Trukky provides documentation and insurance claim assistance for eligible claims. Trukky's direct liability is limited to ₹3,000 per shipment, subject to applicable law.
What additional charges may apply?
GST under RCM, loading/unloading and union charges, overloading, over-dimensional charges, government penalties and other applicable statutory charges may be additional.
